Ordering Information
We ship orders via a number of carriers including UPS, DHL and USPS. Shipping charges depend on the items ordered and on your location. The exact shipping charges for your order will be displayed before you complete the order.
Order Status Inquiries
Orders for in-stock items should arrive within 10 business days - usually much sooner. If your order
has not arrived within that time then it may be temporarily out of stock - you should have received an email in that case. Your order
may arrive in multiple shipments. For an update on your order status, use our automated services at the top of this page or email us at

Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Electrical items, Videos and CD-Roms are not
returnable. To return an item, you need a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns without proper authorization will be refused. To request an RMA, use the automated services at the top of this page or email us
at Returns@M-and-D.com . Please provide as
much information as possible about the item. Returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
