28N7070635A1 15 HP Briggs and Stratton Valve Adjustment

I have a John Deer Saber Riding Lown Mower with a Briggs and Stratton 15HP Model 28N7070635A1 Engine. I just replaced the Head and I don't know how to adjust the valves. Can anyone help me with a detailed reply. My grass is really high and my neighbors are complaining. Thanks

You remove the rocker cover, loosen the locking setscrew then adjust the rocker arm nut (engine at TDC) & set the lash .005" intake & .010" exhaust. Tighten the setscrew & double-check that nothing has moved.

The engine maybe running slightly rich (carb/choke needs adjustment or air filter is dirty), or it is running under full load.
