Terms and Conditions of Sale

New Terms and Conditions of Sale will be in effect March 1, 2025. PLEASE COMPLETELY READ ALL STATEMENTS BELOW.

ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MOTORS, PC BOARDS, CONTROLLERS AND CONNECTORS) ARE NON-RETURNABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT ITEM FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE CONTACT US AT 866-914-1252 OR customerservice@m-and-d.com.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 3% SERVICE CHARGE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CONDITION.

All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns of damaged items, including already installed items, items that have been used or have been physically damaged. If an item is damaged during shipment you must contact us within 3 days of accepting the delivery so that we can assist you.
  • When you purchase from M&D Mower and Appliance on our website, over the phone, via email, or in-person at our retail store, you accept that the shipment and delivery of the purchased item is not our responsibility for delivery or intactness once it leaves our physical location. All damages resulting from the Shipper should be addressed to the Shipper immediately or as soon as possible; we will provide any information needed to file a claim with the Shipping Company.
  • Returns require an RMA to be issued by contacting M&D Mower either via e-mail or phone.
  • Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
  • Returns may not be made after 30 days have elapsed since the date of delivery.
  • Returns must be received in LIKE-NEW CONDITION and IN THE ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGE within 30 days after RMA is issued. Do not return items to the address on package!
  • A 20% restocking fee on returned items and cancelled items applies, in addition to the above stated 3% minimum charge. M&D management will waive this if the return is due to a direct error on our part.
  • Prices are subject to change and some parts may be superseded or discontinued without our knowledge by the manufacturer.
  • Large/Heavy items may require additional freight charges, you will be notified before shipment.
  • You will be informed of any price increase prior to shipment.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on current stock levels.
  • Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days; you will be informed by email of any backorders.  PLEASE check SPAM Folders regularly as some of our messages are auto generated.
  • We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of manufacturer’s parts diagrams on this website or elsewhere and are not responsible for any errors they contain. Such diagrams are provided for convenience only.
  • Any product(s)s that are covered by any existing manufacturer's warranty and purchased from M&D, may void the manufacturer’s warranty if not installed by a factory certified technician.
  • SMS Messaging Policy

    Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Before proceeding, please note that text messages are not confidential. Anyone with access to your cell phone may view these messages. Additionally, your service provider, as well as M&D Mower and Appliance, may have access to these messages. Standard text message rates may apply, depending on your service provider.

    We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, post a notification on the main page of the Website. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

    An updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes. However, we will not, without your consent, use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time your Personal Information was collected.
