We ship orders via a number of carriers including UPS, DHL and USPS.
Shipping charges depend on the items ordered and on your location. The
updated shipping charges for your order will be displayed before you
complete the order.
Order Status Inquiries
Orders for in-stock items should arrive within 10 business days - usually much sooner. If your order
has not arrived within that time then it may be temporarily out of stock - you should have received an email in that case. Your order

CDs and videos are non-returnable. Returns without a valid RMA will
not be accepted. Returns may not be made after 30 days has elapsed
since the date of delivery. Returns must be received in LIKE-NEW
CONDITION and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE within 30 days after RMA is
issued. Do not return items to address on package! A 20% restocking
fee on returned items applies unless we are to blame for the
error, and may also apply (at our discretion) to orders canceled
prior to shipment. Prices are subject to change and some parts may
be superseded or discontinued. Heavy items may require freight
charges. You will be informed of any price increase. We are not
responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
